13th ASGCR Call for Proposals and Pearline Award Nominations

The call for Scientific Sessions, Abstracts, and Pearline Award nominations for the 13th Annual Symposium on Global Cancer Research (ASGCR) is now open! The Symposium will be held virtually May 5th – 8th, 2025, and will feature presentations on cancer research and control programs that address the global burden of cancer. The theme of this year’s ASGCR is “New Models for Participatory Research in Global Oncology: Elevating the Voices of Patients and Providers.”

Session submissions should focus on original research, projects, or programs related to global cancer research and control. Accepted session submitters will work with the ASGCR Scientific Steering Committee to develop a 60-minute session integrated into the ASGCR program and aligned with the ASGCR 2025 theme.

Accepted abstracts will be selected for poster, rapid fire (3 min.), or oral (8 min.) presentation and will be published in AACR’s Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention.

The ASGCR Scientific Steering Committee is also accepting nominations for the 2025 Rachel Pearline Award. The recipient of the award will be invited to give a keynote address. Nomination submission guidelines and additional information can be found on the ASGCR website.
